In the context of the 2024 ECerS International Student Exchange Program, ECerS is announcing the first call for grants to enable European students to attend the 2024 IGNITE MSE and 48th ICACC conference, organized by the American Ceramic Society from January 28th to February 2nd, 2024, in Daytona Beach, USA. The purpose of this grant, funded by the JECS Trust, is to support 30 European students to participate in events organized by various Ceramic Societies worldwide, including those from the USA, China, India, Japan, and Korea. There is also the possibility of extending the call to include events organized by Ceramic Societies in Brazil and Australia.
This first call is specifically for European students interested in attending the mentioned conference. Selected students will receive a grant of €1,200, with 50% disbursed before travel and the remaining 50% after providing proof of attendance by the local event organizer. Interested applicants must carefully review the application rules and required documents available in the official call. Applications must be submitted via email to the ECerS secretariat (info@ecers.org). Incomplete applications will not be considered. The deadline to apply for this first call is October 15, 2023, so don’t miss out!
