We are very welcome researchers to join the HySAFER team – one of the key providers of hydrogen safety research and education globally.There are as well PhD opportunities at Ulster University in hydrogen safety through the UK EPSRC CDT “Sustainable Hydrogen” project (4-years studentships). Four projects in hydrogen safety are available for 2022 intake (project details can be found at: https://www.sustainablehydrogen-cdt.ac.uk/documents/sushy-projects-v2-30-nov-2021.pdf):
Safety strategies and engineering solutions for hydrogen heavy-duty vehicles.
Hydrogen safety in rail applications.
Hydrogen safety for marine vessels and port infrastructure.
Safety of liquid and cryogenic hydrogen in energy applications.
